A great design classic, the Egg chair designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1958 has become an iconic piece famous throughout the world. Imagined by its creator to furnish the lobby and reception of the Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, it plays with architecture by breaking the vertical and horizontal lines of a building. All in roundness and voluptuousness like an eggshell, its welcoming seat has earned it its success today and makes it a comfortable armchair to rent.
The fruit of an innovative technique for its time, the Egg armchair is composed of a very dense foam that will serve as a framework for the shell, before being padded and covered with a quality fabric. The seat is associated with a satin polished aluminum cross leg.
A true cocoon, discreet, it can easily be found in a reception area, a lounge or in the layout of a VIP. This swivel armchair, which combines design and practicality, is also reclining for optimal comfort. For specific reception areas, the Egg armchair is M1 fireproof.
