Tenderly evocative of a creative passion, the Heart Cone armchair takes its name from its heart-shaped silhouette. It was imagined by designer Verner Panton in 1959, one year after the creation of his famous Cone model. We find many similarities in these two pieces, such as the underframe or the choice of colors.
Even if the heart form is clear, the lines of the armchair leave room for other interpretations. Indeed, its backrest can remind us of Mickey Mouse's ears or a contemporary adaptation of a classic seating style known as an eared shepherdess. It's a deep seat with a large cushion and a wraparound structure on either side of the head.
True to Verner Panton's innovative character, the Heart Cone armchair offers us dynamic colors. In red for a passionate spirit or in black for a more sober rendering, this design piece occupies space and adds real value to a high-end layout.
