Born in the 1960s, the Panton chair was imagined by Verner Panton. More than a name, the designer gave it a real identity by proposing the first seat in durable synthetic material. From 1967, the collaboration with the editor Vitra enabled its mass production and the marketing of the model around the world. The
Panton chair has not ceased to evolve with the technological
innovations in the manufacture and processing of plastic materials. Molded in one piece, it is inspired by the curves of the body to offer great seating comfort. The originality and technicality of its design makes it today an iconic piece of the twentieth century. Audacious, it accompanies with singularity contemporary layouts or classic Haussmannian decor. To break the codes or give character to a space, dare the Panton chair: in a meeting room, a press area or a reception area.
